At the point of placing your order you will be asked to choose either showroom collection (free of charge), a standard delivery charge or delivery plus installation if available.

All our light weight tables, including family sized pool tables, Football tables, Snooker tables and Air Hockey tables are flat packed for home delivery and will require some assembly. These tables are all delivered within 7-10 working days using mainstream couriers (TNT, UPS), and you will be contacted prior to this with a delivery date. Standard delivery for all MDF based couriers is a single person 'doorstep service' only.

Please note that all delivery as quoted on the Liberty Games website will be Mon-Fri, between the hours of 9am-5pm. Time specific delivery, or delivery on a Saturday is available on some products for an additional cost.

2 man delivery - larger games tables such as full size Pool tables, Air Hockey tables and commercial Football tables can be delivered by 2 man courier - please check product listings, or call Liberty Games, to see if a 2 man service is available.

Slate Bed Pool Tables

The slate bed (pub) pool tables are relatively simple to assemble - they arrive in 3 parts, the legs, the slate bed and the main body of the table. The legs are bolted on and the slate is placed into the top of the table. There are 2 delivery options available with the slate bed pool tables. A standard delivery on these items is your most cost effective option - the table will be delivered to your home, however delivery is only guaranteed into the front door. We also offer a full delivery and installation service utilising a dedicated courier service - this is a 2 man delivery serivce and the qualified fitters will also professionally assemble and level the table.

Please note that these options are to groundfloor locations as standard - there may be extra costs for any delivery or installation to upstairs sites. Due  to the size and weight of these tables Liberty Games strongly recommends that an able bodied person is present to accept delivery of slate ped pool tables.

Please note that we are able to deliver to Northern Ireland, Repulic of Ireland and Scottish Highland address although these may incur longer delivery times. All jukeboxes are delivered ready to plug in and use and come with full instruction manuals. Support services are available and technical advice can be given over the phone.

Smaller replica Jukeboxes will be delivered by UPS next day courier. Larger Jukeboxes such as the bigger replica jukeboxes and Wurlitzer One More Time and Rock Ola Bubbler are delivered on wooden pallets. A standard delivery allows for a straightforward tailgate delivery, with no steps or staircases involved. Please contact Liberty Games if you have any other access requirements.

Arcade Delivery

In most cases Arcade Machines are delivered ready to be plugged in and played. Some of the larger models such as twin sit down driving games and deluxe cabinets may require an engineer to perform some simple installation procedures.

Due to the size and weight of the machines, arcades are delivered by pallet service - this is a single person delivery so assistace with unloading may be required.

Pallet Delivery

Large commercial products like arcade machines, commercial Air Hockey tables and full sized Football tables are usually delivered by pallet courier. This is a single person delivery and the driver may require some help unloading these deliveries.

Pallet companies can also be used by anyone looking for quick deliveries of pool tables, whom are able to provide assistance with unloading.

Showroom Collection

When making your purchase with Liberty Games you may be able to eradicate the delivery cost by collecting your order from our warehouse/showroom. Please check with Liberty Games staff for the dimensions of the product, and please ring beforehand to arrange a collection date to ensure staff are available to assist with loading.

In the unlikely event of a product being delivered with damage please contact Liberty Games to report the damage. If you are concerned by the appearance of the packaging when delivered please ask the courier to wait while you check the condition of the goods. Please remember to retain your packaging until you are satisfied with the quality of the goods. Failure to adequately package returned goods, unwanted or damaged, may result in further damage liable to the customer.
